  • Abstract
    This paper analyzes time constant spectra of circuit thermal model transient responses obtained from the Green’s function solutions of the heat equation. The goals of the analyses are twofold. First, the paper discusses the possibility of estimating certain model parameters from the spectra. The other problem considered here is the creation of compact models preserving the physical meaning of their components, thus rendering possible parametric thermal analyses of electronic circuits.
