Abstract :
In this document we describe the state of development in meteorological disaster management in China and the potential benefits and applications of emergency response activities. This paper first discusses why it is important to establish and enhance emergency mechanisms for meteorological disasters. Then, it presents some theoretical considerations in developing emergency mechanisms. It finally provides basic models designing on the basis of information integration.
