Abstract :
The BP algorithm and the theory of the artificial neural network are applied in the research of the fault diagnosis of diesel engine fuel injection system. Through study on the diesel engine fuel injection system´s work characteristics and the vibration signal characteristic parameter, gives the method and the step of gathering the vibration signal, set the parameter of BP neural network reasonably, the diesel engine fuel injection system failure diagnostic model is built by using the BP neural network method. The experimental results show that this method can be used to the diesel engine fuel injection system´s failure diagnosis, the recognition of the vibration signal characteristic parameter have high precision, the accuracy of diagnostic system is high.
