Abstract

Analyzing the air-conditioner manufacturers´ size, production mode, procurement features, actual procurement logistics mode and third-party logistics provider´s logistics operational capability in China, this paper puts forward and analyzes three logistics mode of procurement based on third-party logistics from the perspective of air conditioner manufacturers in China, including the simple integrated mode, the HUB mode and the logistics strategic alliance mode.
