  • Abstract
    The paper gives a novel fuze laser set design scheme. The system is composed of two parts which are setter and fuze set circuit. The setter adopts a semi-conductor laser as optical source and MCU as a core control with CPLD. Then, it transmits information in atmosphere via RS encoding, PPM modulation and laser driving circuit control; the fuze set circuit adopts PIN photodiode as optical receiver and sends the information into MCU for PPM demodulation via preamplifier, main amplifier and balancer. Then, it finishes RS decoding with CPLD and sends the data back to MCU to store. The paper mainly made a theory research on RS encoding and decoding arithmetic for the fuze set in detail. (15, 9) RS n-k stage division encoding arithmetic and pipelining decoding arithmetic were both realized with CPLD hardware circuit design. The paper gave the CPLD design upper circuit drawing and simulation results. Finally, the wireless data transmission function was tested according to designed total fuze set circuit. The experimental results shows the electronic fuze set system can emit and receive set data reliably and work stably.
