Abstract
In the increasingly fierce competitive environment, It is well known that core competitiveness should be built and developed. But how to do it especially under uncertain circumstances? The traditional theory of core competitiveness which could not effectively cope with new complicated questions must be regenerated. In this paper, a new model based on CSM (complex science management) theory is provided for building and developing of core competitiveness. The new model focus on describing complex science management theory, analysing the enterprisepsilas core competitiveness from the view of complex science management, and researching reconstruction of the enterprisepsilas core competitiveness from complex science management view. At the same time, some academic conclusions are drawn to improve core competitiveness.
