Abstract :
In this paper, a method that realizing remote measuring and communication of data and control information via CAN/Ethernet embedded gateway in electric power remote monitoring system based on CAN bus was proposed. The hardware system was composed of LPC2294 ARM MCU which include four controller of CAN bus, RTL8019AS NIC and CAN transceiver. The software system was composed by three parts: protocol conversion module, CAN protocol module and Ethernet protocol module. In order to improve the stabilization and reliability of the system, the embedded operating system RTOS mu C/OS-II was employed to manage and schedule tasks.
