Abstract :
This paper studies a revenue sharing contract model in an online environment. Different from the traditional Bayesian optimization, our approach is motivated by competitive analysis of online algorithms. Using the competitive ratio as a performance measure we determine the optimal competitive performance for the retailer with a revenue sharing supply contracts and obtain the optimal competitive ratio under coordination.
