Abstract

Improving the QRA in mass customization enterprises is the requirement of fierce competition market. Itpsilas of great important to study the evaluation method of QRA in the mass customization enterprises. The paper puts forward evaluation index system of QRA in mass customization enterprises from the supply chain perspective, and puts forward the method of dynamic comprehensive evaluation of ldquovertical-and-horizontalrdquo scatter degree to assess the QRA. An instance is given to verify that the method has sufficient reliability and practicability, which can provide theoretical guidance and technical support for evaluating and improving QRA in mass customization enterprises.
