Abstract
The reliable guaranteed cost control for a class of norm-bound uncertain and time-delay singular system with actuator failures are discussed. The sufficient condition is obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMI) under which the resultant closed-loop descriptor systems are not only quadratic stabilization but the upper bound of the cost function when the systems are working in order. Moreover, using the method of LMI to discuss the part of actuators failures and the guaranteed cost controller is obtained.
