Abstract :
The paper describes S-band transmit modules designed for use in an active phased array and solid state radar transmitter. Brief principles of its operation are described and electrical and mechanical information are presented. Main parameters of transmit module are shown in the form of characteristics. Results of measurements in wide range of the ambient temperature are presented as well. Basing on the obtained results, conditions of transmit module operation are defined.
