Abstract :
The paper concerns evaluation of the performance of the 4-element phased array antenna (PAA) equipped with varactor diode phase shifters. Steering of main lobe direction is available by selecting appropriate states of 4 phase shifters. Paper contains results of computer simulation and measurements. Scanning range verified by measurements appeared to fit the one obtained from computer simulation based on analytical solution.
