Abstract
In the present paper the concept of fractional calculus in terms of differintegral alpha-forms we apply to development of fractal antennas theory. The description of the nonuniform structured magnetic medium which are characterized by the entered magnetic moments, arises in problems of designing of antennas with electrical small sizes (fractal antennas) in immersing medium and in problems about radiation and interaction of electromagnetic waves on short distances in simulated medium. The model is based on the account scaling relations in measuring extent of the nonuniform set of points. An exact calculation of the radiation associated with the spherical modes of a alpha-linearly polarized antenna are given.
