Abstract :
The new configuration of high frequency surface acoustic wave (SAW) oscillator has been presented in the paper. The circuit presented here is tunable and in this way flexible enough to collaborate with different kind of SAW devices like resonators or delay lines and does not require complicated calculation to design. It operates at higher harmonic frequencies and may utilizes the properties of low frequency SAW devices.
