Abstract :
In this paper, we propose a CBIR approach to retrieve water element images. The experiment shows that symmetries are good example in describing the images analysis of images because we know that symmetries can be found all around and also living organisms that can represent in basic shape like circle, triangle and rectangular. In a geometry image, the kinds of symmetry interest can be described as translations, rotations and reflections of the images. This paper has been inspired by a symmetrical study on the symmetrical element in an image and this system uses a 2D phase congruency to extract line reflection features from a natural image. We have applied the comparative analysis on water reflection using MATLAB language environment.
