Abstract
The ldquoe-Taiwan Programrdquo implemented by Taiwan government is aimed to show the e-advantage in peoplepsilas life and bring about essential benefits. This research follows the Quality of Life measurement system developed by the ldquoe-Taiwan Programrdquo, which including Quality of Life indicators and e-Life indicators. By using telephone interview, 3,563 respondents aged 15 and above were validly interviewed. Through a series of regression analysis models, we found an influence link, which starts from the cognition of Internet service, through the usage of internet service, following the satisfaction of the internet service, to the quality of life in Taiwan. Summarily, for e-Life, people have higher cognition and heavier usage show the greater satisfaction. When considering the e-Life impact on quality of life, the result shows people have high level cognition and are non-heavy users for e-Life services have greater satisfaction and experience better quality of life.
