Abstract :
In the course of rubber conveyer production, in order to solve such effect on speed and accuracy, which is made by all kinds of materials\´ different properties, such as: power\´s humidity, liquid materials\´ clinical and the stability of the weighting system. This paper introduces distributed control system, which is composed of industrial control computer and programmable controller, and "the four steps weighting method" and "parameter adaptive fuzzy PID frequency conversion control technique", which are used to realize rapidly and accrately weighing. Practice proves that this hardware system and software algorithm are effetive and have a good potential of popularization and application.
