Abstract :
Grinding process is an important step of grinding and classification. This thesis introduces a series of new production design of intelligence control mechanism which is added of the Particle Size Analyzer and made fuzzy control as a center. It expounds fuzzy reasoning process in detail, and brings MATLAB fuzzy control toolbox, realizes a new multi-input &multi-output fuzzy control module, builds a complete intelligence controller. The experimental results shows that under the multi-dimensional control, the reflection-speed of Grinding Process Fuzzy Control System become faster, robustness becomes more stronger, which promotes the productive efficiency.
