            Abstract : 
Production control plays an important role in enterprise management. In this paper push policy and fuzzy logic control (FLC) policy were applied together into the production control of a general single-product serial line. The hybrid control system and the design of controller were described in detail. In a numeral example the Push/FLC system was compared with CONWIP, kanban and a crisp hybrid system called Local/Global Pull here. The results from the example showed that the hybrid Push/FLC system holds a quite low WIP level and an absolute superiority in order placement fluctuation control.
