Research on a Method of Product Knowledge Representation Based on Ontology

In the process of expression, transition and sharing of knowledge, the existing knowledge representation methods cannot completely meet the requirements of expression capacity, understandability, workability and realizability. A method of knowledge representation based on ontology is proposed. According to the technology of ontology mapping, a mapping relation is established between different ontologies. Then the field knowledge of sharing and reusing is realized. Looking at the influence on similarity from the two sides that relation and attribute, an improved similarity algorithm is presented. Finally, a cleaner as an example is provided to illustrate the validity about the representation.
