Abstract :
In practical applications using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system, it is very significant to define the weight values of various evaluation indexes. In this article, a new estimation matrix in analytic hierarchy process is constructed based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation matrix of solely index subjection, to define each weight value of evaluation indexes. Also accelerating genetic algorithm is applied for verifying and amending the coherence of the matrix. Experimentations show that the optimization results are coherent with other methods and practical results, which verified the effectiveness and practicability.
