            Abstract : 
The evaluation indices of E-commerce reputation is presented in this paper, and build up the fuzzy neural network (FNN) model to estimate the sellers´ reputation. The evaluation indices are turned into quantities as the input of neural network, experts´ evaluating values as the expectation output. Then the evaluating result can be achieved through the network training, finally giving a simulation, and it is consistent with the actual result.
