            Abstract :
This paper introduces a wholly new viewpoint to survey control and stability, the viewpoint of the nature. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory, inspired by the universe and the attractor of differential equation (DE), the essence of control and stability can be regard as the cooperation of the "attraction" and the "damp". The attraction is induced by the attractors located in the fixed points and the damp is the way the dynamic systems exchange energy with the outer environments. Linear time invariable (LTI) system analysis and examples are presented for the first step to explain this viewpoint. New conclusions about stability analysis of LTI system are obtained.
