            Abstract : 
In China, setting up innovational nation requires plenty of domestic enterprises own intellectual property; collaborative innovation is an important ways for enterprises to create intellectual property. Collaborative innovation require knowledge transferring, there exists plenty of intellectual property risks in knowledge transferring. Therefore, based on the features of intellectual property risks in tacit knowledge transferring on collaborative innovation, the paper explores evaluation of intellectual property risks in tacit knowledge transferring based on collaborative innovation by evidential reasoning, which provides quantity standard for managing intellectual property risks in tacit knowledge transferring based on collaborative innovation scenically.
