Abstract :
Measurement and evaluation of industrial clusters risk is an important aspect of the industrial cluster theory research. In the paper risk of industry clusters is analyzed. The gray theory was used and a multi-layer industry clusters risk evaluation model based on gray relationship degree was set up. Industry cluster risk comprehensive evaluation conclusion was reduced. The aim was to provide basis for industry cluster avoiding risk and improving its competition ability.
