Abstract
Knowledge sharing, which is one of the most important factors of knowledge management, plays more and more crucial role in the process of the enterprise development. The topic of how to encourage the employee to deeply share their knowledge is the direction of knowledge management field. Base on the theories on knowledge management and knowledge sharing, by using the AHP method, a model of measuring employee knowledge-sharing performance is present.
