Abstract :
This paper focuses on the learning organization´s knowledge energy movement from the angle of quantum- mechanical theory, with the application of literature methodology and analogy methodology. The following conclusions were reached. Learning organization´s knowledge energy is the sum total of work done by learning force to transfer learning organization system through knowledge sharing and innovating; the learning force is the reason of knowledge field energy movement. Learning knowledge leads to the breakthrough of the boundary of learning organizational knowledge energy and the lifting of energy level. The knowledge resonant promotes the organizational knowledge energy accumulation.The knowledge energy kernel reaction has impact on the management ways of learning organization.
