Abstract :
First of all, the definition and characteristics of organizational intelligence are analyzed. Then the model of organizational intelligence which includes intelligence members and intelligence processes is built and the model of organizational innovation is presented. Finally, the impact of organizational intelligence on organizational innovation is discussed mainly from the aspects of management innovation, institutional innovation, technical innovation and knowledge innovation.
