Abstract

Modern organizations are more frequently using teams to address complex NPD tasks. This paper develops the identification model of modes recording by using ANN method. Moreover, this identification model is applied in a NPD project. The results show that the identification model can evaluate and identify modes recording quantitatively. It changes the way of mode recording from subjective judgment in previous time. This identification model can provide effective support to NPD team knowledge management.
