Abstract
Knowledge innovation forms enterprise´s dynamic core competence. Organizational knowledge innovation is based on knowledge learning. Through analysis and necessary hypothesis, this paper gives a mathematical model and discusses the process of knowledge diffusion from individual and informal group to formal group in organizational knowledge innovation. Then it draws a conclusion that there is a peak period for diffusing knowledge, and the peak period is affected by the factors such as the rate of knowledge dissemination and forgetting, and provides a basis which a manager can give promotion at the opportune moment in order to make the effective diffusing knowledge become true. The model is helpful to researching on the related factors of knowledge diffusion further.
