Disorder-Order Theory of Complexity Science Management

Disorder-order theory of complexity science management is a new perspective of observing organization which is other to traditional management theories. This paper puts forward a series of concept and theories which, in turn, are the concepts of disorder and order, description and connotation of disorder- order theory, mechanism as well as three modules of the transformation from disorder to order. A general model for organization innovation and organization evolution is depicted based on the theory of disorder-order. The theory of complexity science management put forward creatively the general rule for organizations to develop from disorder to order and from lower order to higher order on the basis of summing up the experiences of predecessors, which serve organizations better and cultivate innovative thoughts.
