Abstract
As primary and effective form of tacit knowledge spillover, informal innovation network exerts tremendous effect on development of industrial cluster. This paper took informal innovation network in high-tech industrial cluster as research object, and attempted to identify the influential factors of informal innovation network and relationship between each factor by empirical study with clusters in the city of Hangzhou, Shanghai and Shenzhen. The results of our investigation and statistical analysis indicate that the support of company, innovative culture, technician´s own character exert influence of different degree on technician´s willingness and frequency in attending informal innovation network. The research also reveals that extraversion personality strengthens the effect of innovative culture on participation frequency of informal innovation network.
