Abstract :
Knowledge sharing is of great importance for both academy and application in the research of knowledge management. This paper regarded the enterprise knowledge sharing as a sort of the complex adaptive system (CAS), and analyzed it through modeling and simulation. A framework for modeling and simulation was put forward firstly. Based on the framework, the enterprise internal knowledge sharing model was analyzed, an agent-environment-rules system was set up consequently, and the simulation was conducted then. Finally, the simulation results were discussed.
