Abstract :
Case-based reasoning (CBR) is a problem solving technique that reuses past cases. It guarantees its ability of reasoning to continuously enhance with a self-learning function. Meanwhile, it is an important means for enterprises to deal with similar competitive intelligence. This paper will introduce CBR technology into the field of stakeholders management and build a knowledge model of stakeholder management strategy support system. This technology can be used as an important business tool for competitive intelligence by the enterprise managers and help managers to formulate and implement strategies. This method is practical and effective, will be able to help any business leader create value while navigating a multi-stakeholder environment.
