Abstract :
SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) is an architectural approach, which aimed at integrate various heterogeneous environments together to build complex and manageable solutions to achieve loose coupling among interacting parities. SOBA it is a new alternative to build the Enterprise Applications using SOA concept. Semantic-based Service-Oriented Business Application Framework has been proposed in the paper. Within this semantic-based architecture, it is possible to build up dynamic collaborative relationships to support dynamic business-sensitive process construction according to the ontologies of the business and Web services.
