Abstract :
Constructing and managing an information system (IS) is a highly complex and difficult system project. It is a problem which is needed to be solved that how to measure the value which is brought to the enterprise by IS and how to make IS bring more value to enterprise. The research´s emphases is the IS in enterprise. It will focus on the measurement of value the IS brings to the enterprise even to the society, and on how to evaluate IS in enterprise. Based on the analysis of the existing evaluation methods, we will find the shortages of current IS evaluation methods and construct a better evaluation system for IS.
