Abstract :
"Digital Ocean" is essentially a virtual ocean world which is composed of massive, multi-resolution, multi-temporal, multi-space marine monitoring and data analysis algorithms and models. "Digital Ocean" will promote a more intelligent way which people exploit and make use of the ocean, thus guarantee the sustainable development of the sea. This thesis conducts a research to the basic principle and technical frame of "Digital Ocean" and provides a solution to ocean management information.
