Abstract :
In this paper, we applied theme-based learning model to web-based human resource management (HRM) curriculum distance training, which aims to cultivate learners´ ability of knowledge integration by giving the learners the opportunities to select the learning topics in HRM that they are interested, and gain knowledge on the specific topics by surfing on the Internet to search related learning courseware and discussing what they have learned. We narrated the web-based HRM architecture and system model frame firstly. Then we studied the system key technologies in the implementation. They were asynchronous mode problem in distance learning, synchronous mode problem in distance learning and evaluation strategy in distance training. At last it is concluded that the system can enhance the adaptability and intelligent of web-based HRM. These characters play important role in Web-based HRM systems success.
