Software development teams are deployed to conceptualize, design, develop and implement software systems to support business functions, and are the organization that knowledge sharing is most frequency, so study knowledge sharing behavior in software development teams and its critical influence factors has meaning in practical and theoretical. This paper puts forward and defines the meaning of the knowledge sharing, discusses its critical influence factors, which are trust, communications, commitment, and culture. Then four hypothesis´s are made, and in order to prove the hypothesis, a questionnaire survey is development to collect data from knowledge-based enterprises, and by study the data using structural equation model of AMOS 7.0, conclusion is gained, that is, trust, communications, commitment, and culture are all positively related with knowledge sharing behavior.
