Abstract :
At the knowledge-based economy age, technological innovation is promoting the reform of global economy and society by a revolutionary mode, its profound influence reflects in the process of development of global economy and society, promoting technological innovation has been the inevitable trend of the development of global social economy, also, technological innovation capability is the driving force of a firm´s innovation and defines the roots of a firm´s long-term competitive advantage. But promoting technological innovation must establish on the basis of accurate analysis and evaluation for technological innovation capability, the evaluation of technological innovation capability seems particularly important. This paper is aimed to present a fuzzy decision-making approach to evaluate technological innovation capability, and in this paper describes an ANP (analytic network process) to determine the weighting of subjective judgments. Then the best technology innovation enterprise can be derived with the fuzzy VIKOR algorithms.
