  • Abstract
    Research on evolution law of scientific and technical innovation is significant for China to build innovation-oriented country. An evolution model of scientific and technical innovation is established according to the research from the perspective of system, evolution and case demonstration. This model contains innovation stage, innovation form, innovation mission, development trend of innovation and the relation among them. The essential characteristics of innovation stage and innovation form are discussed in this paper. The differences among scientific discovery, technical invention and technical innovation are elucidated. The development trend of innovation is pointed out as follows: cutting down the time interval of innovation, propelling innovation by large projects, multidisciplinary cross, and superposition of innovation stages.
