This paper leaves from the man-machine material means environment and measurement, adopting the methods and technologies of industrial engineering analyses the balance of Ball-pin assembly line, finding waste of production time of every nodes, advancing rational measure and carrying through improvement about these nodes, finally attaining the purpose of improving production efficiency.
