Abstract :
This paper analyzes the distinctions and connections among industrial cluster, industrial agglomeration and enterprise cluster, and indicates that they are three stages in the process of industrial cluster formation and evolution. Then the thesis offers a three-stage model and an empirical analysis of industrial cluster in Dalian accordingly.
