Research on the Synergetic Innovation Based on Co-Existence Model of Manufacturing Enterprise

The synergetic innovation of manufacturing enterprise is based on the competition and collaboration. The behavior process model of synergetic innovation is set up and three important parts are discussed: strategy, organization, and mechanism. Two kinds of co-existence models of synergetic innovation model are analyzed. The co-existence model of equal strength explains that the core enterprise plays more important role than other enterprises. While the co-existence model of unequal strength explains that the enterprises should keep strong competition condition during the synergetic innovation.
