Abstract

This paper establishes an evaluation index system that it comprises investing capacity, research and development capabilities, production capacity, marketing capabilities, management capacity and integrated indicators, and it determines the method of weight calculation. Then it makes the handling of the quantitative analysis on the membership degree of fuzzy index. At last, the second-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of evaluating enterprises´ technological innovation capability is proved.
