The Study on the Cycle of Technological Innovation Chain

There are some problems in China´s technical innovation activities. Such as the elements can not flow smoothly among the subjects of technical innovation activities, the objectives of technological innovation activities are not consistent and the efficiency of transformation and utilization is low. Building a target system of the cycle in a technological innovation chain is proposed in this paper. The role of the system is to study the recycling chain that starts from the invention, by the first commercial use of technology and technology diffusion, then return to invention and key path of the technological innovation chain cycle. Through the study, we can promote the knowledge, information, talent and capital flowing circularly in the subjects of technical innovation, and form the specific modality and cycle effect about the recycling chain, which is from the knowledge innovation to the technological innovation.
