Prioritization of SMEs Strategies in IT Fields of Developing Countries Using Entropy Shannon

SMEs play important role in the economic development of countries. In last decade, development of Information technology (IT) affect on SMEs and their role in economics. This paper reviews SMEs definition and its advantages, then investigate strategy plan of other countries about SMEs. After that, it identifies the main strategies and policies used by countries to improve SMEs in IT field. Finally, common strategies and programs are prioritized using Entropy Shannon method.
