Abstract

According to the need and development of the practice of project management the article proposes a new concept of management based on contract at first time, and sets up a conceptual model for it. What´s more, it expresses a detailed exposition of the connotation of the management based on contract and analyzes the tremendous role of it in promoting the level of China´s project management theory and practice. Through the practice of the management based on contract in the project of HuangPu Bridge Of Pearl River in GuangZhou, the article shows the process of innovation and application of the management based on contract in highway project.
