Abstract
This article has systematically analyzed the social responsibilities for construction of highway engineering in our country in terms of the overall situation, providing a theory basis for the standardizing of them. The article elaborated the development of the theory and practice of social responsibilities of enterprise. The social responsibilities for construction of highway engineering include the promotion of the development of economy and society, being against corruption in highway construction, environment protection, managerial innovation, personnel training and technical innovation. The article has studied the connotations of these six aspects in detail and proposed concrete measures to carry out them.
