  • Abstract
There has been a long time for Chinese shipbuilding enterprises to implement the modern shipbuilding mode, but the result is not satisfied. The most critical reason is that the laggard production management does not meet the requirements of modern shipbuilding. By analyzing the shipbuilding production characters and modern shipbuilding requirements, the enterprise production system under modern shipbuilding is constructed. Then, the integrated production management mode combining MRP-II, TOC and JIT is set up, which is suitable for modern shipbuilding. More importantly, its system structure and operational mechanism is analyzed properly. This production management system is helpful for shipbuilding enterprises to increase the production level, improve the ship construction quality and enhance the kernel competitive power.
